1. This Privacy Policy and Use of Cookies (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") sets out the principles for processing and protecting personal data provided by users, as well as the use of cookies and other technologies appearing on the www.entrywise.io website (hereinafter referred to as the "Website").

2. The administrator of the Website and the personal data provided within it is AutoID Polska Spółka Akcyjna, with its registered office in Kraków, at ul. Wł. Żeleńskiego 103, 31-353 Kraków, entered into the National Court Register (register of entrepreneurs) by the District Court for Kraków-Śródmieście in Kraków under KRS number: 0000310144, NIP: 6792588301, REGON: 35708036000000, with a share capital of PLN 395,000.00, fully paid up.

3. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), who can be contacted regarding all matters related to the processing of personal data. The Data Protection Officer will respond within no more than 30 days.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"), as well as other applicable legal provisions, including the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data.

B. What personal data do we process?

1. We process the data that you provide or leave while using the services available on the Website, as well as the data you leave while navigating the Website (cookies).

C. Purposes and legal bases for processing personal data

1) For the provision of electronic services, including making content available on the Website and providing services related to its operation and functionalities – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

2) For analytical and statistical purposes – in this case, the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), which consists of analyzing user activity and preferences to improve the functionalities and services provided through the Website.

3) For handling inquiries you send to us, including matters related to service provision and cases where they are not directly related to contract performance – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4) For handling complaints, in cases where you submit a complaint – the legal basis for processing is the necessity of processing for the performance of a contract or the fulfillment of a legal obligation imposed on the Controller (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

5) For marketing purposes, including sending you commercial information about our products or those of our trusted business partners – in this case, we process your personal data based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

6) For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) in protecting its rights.

D. What are your rights regarding the processing of your data?

1. To the extent provided by applicable law, you have the right to:

1) Access your personal data, including obtaining a copy of it;
2) Request the rectification of your personal data;
3) Request the deletion of your personal data (in cases specified in the GDPR);
4) Request the restriction of the processing of your personal data;;

3) Google – Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google, YouTube – we track user information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy;
4) Meta Inc. (Facebook) – social media plugins, comment system, pixel supporting ad effectiveness measurement and optimization;
5) LinkedIn – social media plugins, comment system, pixel supporting ad effectiveness measurement and optimization;
6) Microsoft – Bing Ads, Microsoft Clarity – a tool that records user behavior on the Website, such as cursor movement, page scrolling, location, operating system, and browser, for Website optimization purposes;
7) Smartsupp.com, s.r.o., Milady Horákové 13, Brno, 602 00, Czech Republic – Smartlook, a tool that records user behavior on the Website, such as cursor movement, page scrolling, location, operating system, and browser, for Website optimization purposes.

3. Additionally, if necessary, your personal data may be disclosed to entities, authorities, or institutions authorized to access the data under applicable law, such as law enforcement agencies, security services, courts, and prosecutors' offices.

4. Our partners are primarily located in countries within the European Economic Area (EEA). However, we may transfer your personal data to third countries in connection with the use of tools that store personal data on servers located outside the EEA. When transferring your personal data outside the EEA, we verify that the providers of these tools ensure an adequate level of personal data protection. F. Data retention period
